We start with a detailed inventory of all of your computers and servers, including the hardware and software installed on each of the covered machines. From there we can track the changes that happen to each individual computer, giving you a better idea of the state of your business network. When something goes wrong, we will be aware of it immediately, typically before your users notice. Our technicians can then take the appropriate steps to fix the problem with minimal intrusion to your everyday business activities. Lastly, with basic managed services we will also provide you monthly reports on your network’s health.
Level Two
The second level of Vital Signs Management ads many notable features on top of the basic service, including patch management and antivirus software. Installing the latest patches protects your systems from discovered vulnerabilities. Adding antivirus software further increases your protection from outside threats. The Standard Level of VSM for servers also includes on-site daily backups of your server to an external hard drive, allowing VNS to get your business up and running quickly in the event of a natural disaster or hardware failure. If you have software problems, our technicians can access your workstations remotely with our live help function allowing for faster response times to your concerns. If your concern ends up being a hardware problem and your product is covered under warranty, we will dispatch any warranty repairs on the covered systems for free. You will not have to deal with Dell, HP, or Lenovo to get the warranty replacement for your product. On top of everything else, Level Two for servers includes remote maintenance, network administration and access support.

Vital Signs Premium will allow your business to budget its IT. Full management of Level 3 covers all of your ongoing support for a flat monthly rate. We give you unlimited support, whether it’s on the phone, remote, on-site or in-house. In the event that your workstation or server stops working properly, we will take it back to the office and fix it, free of charge (excluding hardware). Additionally, Vital Signs Premium includes system optimization for your servers and workstations. The server plan includes Microsoft Exchange maintenance and administration. You’ll never have to worry about your email accounts! Level Three also adds workstation backup and disaster recovery. On top of everything else, we will discount services not covered by the plan by 20% (ex: new projects).
